Having worked in New York, Tokyo, Canada and throughout Australia, Casey is one of Melbourne's most sought after hair and makeup artists. Her extensive experience on a variety of fashion events such as Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Australia, Virgin Australia Melbourne Fashion Festival and Melbourne Spring Fashion Week has seen her work with designers such as Jean Paul Gaultier, Roberto Cavalli, Alex Perry, Toni Maticevksi, Dion Lee and Rachel Gilbert.
As hair and makeup director of Client Liaison's 2017 song 'A Foreign Affair', Casey was thrilled that the clip won Triple J's 'Best Music Video' for 2017. The early 90's theme allowed her to create her favourite looks from her childhood. This same clip was also nominated for 'Best Music Video 2017' at the ARIA Awards.
Featured in Vogue Italia, Casey designed the hair and makeup direction for IBM Watson's 'Cognitive Couture' Campaign. This revolutionary software was created to help designers bring their ideas to life. Featuring gowns by Jason Grech the campaign was shot by Andrew Maccoll in Melbourne and can be seen in news and fashion magazines around the globe.
Casey's clientele includes key media representatives such as Marie Claire Editor, Jackie Frank and Australian Vogue Editor, Edwina McCann, who made personal mention of Casey in the December 2012 issue of Australian Vogue. Celebrity clients include Rebecca Judd, Sophie Monk, Client Liaison, Sarah Stevens, Megan Washington, Shaynna Blaze and Kate Peck just to name a few. Her makeup style has been described as highly versatile and can be seen throughout Australian media, news, and online including Marie Claire, Harper’s Bazaar, The Age and The Herald Sun.
A tentative educator and mentor to aspiring makeup artists, Casey has appeared as a guest at a number of beauty academy's around the nation to enlighten and inspire students, sharing her knowledge and experience from the industry.
A firm believer in giving back to the community, Casey regularly volunteers, donates and fundraises for charities such as Look Good - Feel Better, Big Brother - Big Sister and Berry Street Foster Care. Most recently Casey shaved her head to raise funds for Challenge and The Children's Cancer Foundation, donating her hair to Variety - The Children's Charity.
